By working with Jala Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Project Scope

All website builds follow the structure outlined in our 7-Day Website System or custom agreement. Scope changes or additions may incur additional charges.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date. This deposit:

• Confirms your build week

• Is credited toward your total project cost

• Is not transferable between clients or services

The remaining balance is due before site launch unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on deposits, audits, or completed services. Our time is allocated based on your booking, and prep work begins immediately after payment.

4. Timelines & Revisions

Projects are delivered based on timely client responses. Delays in form submissions, feedback, or content may impact delivery dates. One revision round is included in the base package.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely content (or approve placeholder content)

• Submit necessary forms and access within 48 hours of booking

• Maintain active payment methods

6. Website Access & Delivery

We will transfer your completed site upon final payment. You retain full ownership of your Squarespace site and content.

7. Marketing & Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to display finished projects in our portfolio, social media, or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, technical platform outages, or any loss of business arising from website issues after launch.
